Scope Of Work

Renovation of the Iconic resort, boasting 360 Rooms and Suites. All guestrooms and suites were remodeled and now have ocean- and sky-blue tones, driftwood-inspired interiors, private balconies or patios.

Public Upgrades includes lobby, ballroom, Pre-function and Restaurant.

The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort has more than 40,000 square feet of flexible space—the largest amount of meeting and event space in the region—ranging from newly renovated indoor/outdoor venues and outdoor locations. The semi-enclosed Plaza Del Sol has 180-degree views of the ocean and a connecting rotunda, while the grand ballroom and foyer can host up to 600 guests.

Project Description

The main architectural features of the lobby captures and embraces Santa Barbara’s beautiful Spanish heritage. From the feature wood ceiling, curved undulating carved corbels, the white wash walls the aim was to capture a neutral canvas and backdrop for a sophisticated yet casual interior setting. The aim was always to curate a high end, casual life-style interior, with curated art sprinkled throughout the property.

Throughout the restaurant and public spaces you will see hints of a casual, chick, laid back lifestyle. And of course, a day at the beach. Stacked, hammered rock tables, mixed in with casual found objects, wood log tables, tall blue hued chairs paired with rich deep blue seating and artwork. Our lobby rug became “the day at the beach” and is an homage to the waterfront.  The lobby is set up as a casual, elegant gathering space that allows you enjoy the beautiful view, have a casual meeting, or simply sip a cold glass or chardonnay.

The guestrooms are equally stylishly appointed with a new elegant, driftwood inspired, casual case goods package, custom carpet and artwork that creates a relaxed, resort style comfortable interior.
